Appraisals, Valuations, and Collection Management

Need someone to take a quick look at your item(s)? Wondering if it's garage sale bound or a million dollar masterpiece? We'll tell you what the current market looks like so you can decide what to do next.  

You don't need to bring it into the office! Valuations are available for 1-3 items. ​If you have more than 3 items, we are happy to quote you a fee to evaluate the collection. 

An appraisal report puts value on an object for a specific purpose and gives justification for that value. Clients request appraisals for a number of different reasons, including:

• Listing items on an insurance policy
• Processing an insurance claim
• Making a donation
• Settling or planning an estate
• Providing documentation for sale

For larger collections we offer walk-through household valuations and consultations. We'll sort through your items so you can decide what goes into a garage sale, what gets donated, what goes to auction, and what goes on Kijiji. 

If you need to downsize part or all of your collection we can run an online auction or sell items on consignment. Tell us what needs to be sold and we'll do the rest.
