Curated Consignment Agreement

This acknowledges that Curated has received the following items and agrees to offer them for sale on behalf of the Consignor. Unless otherwise noted, the Consignor is entitled to 70% of the final selling price of each item, less expenses, payable following the sale of the item. 

There is a $1 cataloguing fee per lot of items. Other expenses associated with the sale of an item may include but may not be limited to: cleaning or repair, listing fees, off-site insurance, storage, and transportation.

By initialing below and submitting this form the Consignor acknowledges that:

they are the legal and rightful owner of the listed item(s) OR have the authorization to sell the item(s) on behalf of the owner(s). 

the items are free from pests and pest-related materials, including fleas, bedbugs, moths, mice and other rodents. 

a cleaning fee may apply if the items are soiled when received by Curated and that broken or otherwise unsaleable items may be discarded at Curated's discretion.

Curated may provide some marketability information on personal property but this in no way guarantees values or outcomes. Curated is not liable for values, prices realized, or the results of recommended services.

the Consignor may request the return of item(s) prior to their sale, unless impossible due to theft or damage.  Additional fees may apply if items are returned after being listed for sale by Curated.

Payouts to Consignors are processed at the beginning of the next month following the sale of an item.
